Nice hotel, central location and quiet neighborhood setting with great a free parking garage. Breakfast was included and has a good selection of options. Room nice, no heat vent in bathroom. The sink/vanity is outside the bathroom with no wall to separate from the bed area, so the light is very bright. A dimmer switch or nightlight option would help make it more usable during the night. Common areas are nice, everything is clean. Didn't use the pool because it was full of children. A girls dance team was here during our first night and they were extremely loud in the hallways and inside their rooms. Not enough to complain to the hotel staff though. Overall, a positive stay and I'd definitely return if ever back in Columbus.

The hotel smelled nice. The location was great. It was definitely better than I expected. The pool was nice for the kids. The rooms were very clean and up to date. The free buffet breakfast was amazing and lots of choices.

One staff member rolled his/her eyes when I asked for a plastic cup for my child. Other than that, I would definitely use this hotel again.

Hotel was modern and clean in a good, central location with easy free parking in covered lot across the street. Free breakfast had multiple hot options and good coffee. Nice front desk staff and friendly housekeeping staff who said hello as you pass by. Smart TV in room. Only complaint is that pillows were strangely small/squareish. Could have had larger pillows.

Nothing but good things to say about this hotel. It was very clean and the staff very accommodating and friendly. Didn't need the shuttle but it was nice to know that it was there if needed. Also appreciated the breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay here again if needed, as it is close to the Ross and James Hospital.

Check in was so easy. The staff was more than willing to help with anything needed. The breakfast was awesome! I have been other places that the breakfast runs out due to at capacity bookings, not here. The second things were low or out the staff quickly replaced/replenished. The interior of the room was average with an odd set up. They should remove the carpeting in rooms. The bathroom did have hair in the shower but with 6 floors of rooms to clean, a hair isn’t the worst thing I have seen. It should be noted the steps into the pool are incredibly slippery. I witnessed a mother slip with her child when trying to get into the pool. There should be some type of grip on every stair to avoid someone seriously injuring themselves. The location was quiet, felt safe, and had ample parking. Would recommend. Would stay again.

The room is well furnished with quality furniture. The bed is plush and comfortable. There's a clean shower and toilet. The hotel is very quiet. Lots of places for plug-in devices. The door is solid with locks, I feel very comfortable here. It's like being at home.

Very nice rooms with restrooms stocked with shampoo-conditioner & body wash! Nice kitchen area and desk. Living area space for guest. Super clean. Staff is super accommodating and helpful. Breakfast offered and a nice social area in foyer area.
